  1. i know it's stupid but it's fun))) Vertical Propulsion Emporium+BD Armory+ Spanners Boomsticks inspired by Warhammer 40k and couple of beer. crashed after first main gun salvo due to recoil =D

This mod is absolutely gorgeous. well, i have notenough time yet to try every part and system, but at first i decided to build an amphibious airship/patrol boat and on shots below is what it looks like. P.S. it seems to me that it would be a great idea to add some ordinary sails for ships and airships to this mod pack. Also i can not attach the boat hull parts to struts, can it be fixed? P.P.S. oh, and what about a water pump for replenishment of water tanks while splashdown? it seems to me it could be good idea! water tanks are good for many purposes, also you can use them for balancing your ship. so, if you have a pump for venting or fulling the tanks, you can keep your ship stable everywhere! next. you can make a steam propeller and with steam generator you can have a steamer ship, like in old-good past centuries. and with water pump you will have infinite water reserve!
  3. Of cource it will spin. And if you lower the CoM, you will unbalance all the rocket. the CoM must be on the fore-and-aft (longitudinal) axis of craft. And the OMS must be left and right on the same level (see Space Shuttle OMS). Next thing. The nozzles do must have some fairings if you do not want to have them molten during the supersonic reentry =) Also see Space Shuttle or Buran. If you want the craft to look more Sci-Fi, you can put OMS on top of the rudders, if you want everything to look more realistic - put them radially on fuselage. Anyway, i repeat, they must be on the same level as CoM, and it must be on the longitudinal axis.
  4. This shuttle is an excellent concept! sure it IS a vehicle we need for career mode. Not only for rescue. Now some notes about test flight. The issue with dock is already reported here, i've occured the same. hope it is fixable. Wings. They are looking really nice, but ailerons are not visually working. Also it seems they (wings) have not enough lift. for stable landing glideslope i need to fire OMS and RCS engines to keep some stable speed over 70 m/s. And lift is not enough for fast recovery from dive. Of cource, shuttle is not a dogfighter, but it would be better if their performance become slightly higher. =) It would be excellent also to have some airbrakes and flaps on them. Especially flaps, to create more lift on lowspeed landing. other seems to be gorgeous. wirh new stock OMS craft is capable of returning and landing on Kerbin almost from spacestation at lunar orbit. Of cource if you have plotted a one return orbit with periapsis ~30km and you are ready to sustend some 30g force on reentry =)
  5. All right, the bay would also be excellent. And if you will have time, it would be great to have the torpedo tubes in the nose bows like canonical Tyrant or Lunar have. they could fire torpedoes like Nova fires it's shells. A such 6-tube salvo could look awesome.

Amazing work on that Wh 40k cruizers! they are not so useless as one can think, i.e., ultimate debris removers =) and, of course, they are simply rebuilt into super-'eavy interplanetary thugs, colony movers etc. Just one question, can we expect some future Wh. ships made by you? Thunderhawk dropship or maybe parts for orbital fortress for that cruisers docking? =D Anyway, this mod completely beats any other sci-fi heavy ship mods, imho.
  7. Yes, that vessels (i mean Eagle and Kerbal transport) was really a thing we needed. I know, there are plenty of Rocket Scientists, that love building and launching that orcish rockets consisting of decades of stages and tens of jumbos, screaming WAAAGH! during flight and shaking their BIG CHOPPA over their head, but (no offence!) real technologies require elegant decisions. Like that multy-purpose transports of yours. Space Eagle is really good for KSP. Can't count all the purposes for it: orbital tug, Kerbin-Mun-Kerbin transport, recon vessel for mapping (ISA, Kethane), drilling, sampling etc. He can bring a habitat module for base or couple of rovers or rescue the kerbals... but he's not so big to be omni-purposal. he can't carry a single DEMV Mk.1/2 or somewhat like it. (BTW, can we wait for 0.20 update of Eagle and more parts like cargo bays etc?) So, when the Kerbal Transport was released, it was the thing we missed. But what the hell is with his hull joints& they are not enough strong, the nose falls apart if vessel's achieving high speed in atmosphere, all hull's vobbling when extending/retracting legs etc. Can it be fixed? It's a big piece of pure 'eavy metal, it must be strong and hard! =) God, it can carry a spacemarine detachment with Rhino APC in one launch... oops, no sm's, it's not Warhammer... BTW, what about making the Warhammer's Thunderhawk for KSP? =D
  8. Yes, this add-on is the apotheosis of virtuous vanilla-part usage. I have not checked all of the crafts, but every i tested - worked exellent. Except of "Luna-16" - it could not load, cause did not found a part "EngineerChipFlight" or likely-called. i use no mods. so what can be wrong, can you help me? (and can you forgive me my terrible English? =) ) UPD Still do not know, what is this "EngineerChipFlight" was, but deleting it from the craft helped.
