  1. I do appreciate the work you do, the SSTU parts are really nice, if I finally get a new game started up I might post some creations to reddit, I do really enjoy your mod!
  2. I've been a long time lurker when it comes to KSP, I rarely, if ever, post to forums. But I had to let you know that this is, far and away, the best modpack for KSP. It's allowed me to make some truely beautiful rockets out of very, very few parts. It's an incredible elegant pack. I'm especially fond of the VA pod.
  3. Quick question, a search on the relevant thread didn't turn up any answers, but is bobcat's soviet engines pack compatible with the current versions of KSP, RO and RP-0, I know it's not been specifically updated, but does anyone know if it works at all?
  4. Glad to hear that something is being worked on! In the mean time I guess I'll just fiddle with TWR requirements when launching from motherships!
  5. I've got a question about powered recovery, specifically as playing in RP-0/RO. I'm trying to do some X-1 esque air-drops, is there any plans to have aircraft be able to recover at less than a TWR of 1? In the meantime, guess strapping some extra engines or parachutes onto my motherships will have to do?
  6. I think I may have installed incorrectly, I'm not getting any of the contracts I usually get in RP+0 (X-planes, pass the 100km mark etc) Any clue what could cause this?

  9. I'm no expert, but I've found switching to any craft with a cupola module causes them to fly apart.
  10. You were absolutely right. I thought I'd installed drivers, it seems like I hadn't done it right. Thanks much I do have to start KSP through the 64 bit launcher rather than the KSP.x84_64 though, any idea why that would be?
  11. KSP Version: 0.90 64 bit OS: Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit Issue: I recently instaleld Unubtu for the first time, KSP is the first game I installed. I have no trouble running the 32 bit version of the game. The 64 bit however, neither the launcher nor the game will work. If I hit play on Steam or click on KSP.x86_64 or the launcherx86.64 the game very briefly flashes up, for no more than a second before disappearing again. I found it especially odd that the launcher oin 64 bit crashes in the same way as the game. At first I thought it might have been mods (I had Realism Overhaul and it's recommendations installed, but I uninstalled both that and the game itself, before reinstalling KSP without mods) But even a completely unmodded KSP refuses to work if I try to launch 64 bit.   12. Are you trying to launch an unmaned probe? If so, are you sure it's got an active antenna when you launch it? I fell into this trap once or twice myself. Gotta make sure you do or right after launch the engine shuts off.
