  1. Have you also turned on the converter in the editor via the PAW? I might be remembering incorrectly but I think you need to enable anything that generates heat in order for the simulation to run.

  3. Sorry to necro an old thread but I just found this mod and thought it might make a perfect set of parts for relay networks. Totally fine to play with the current version, but before I get started with it, I wanted to see if you had made any progress since your last post on the optimizations / potential ReStock recolor? I'm guessing not and that you moved on to other projects given the lack of further updates, but I thought I'd check.

  5. And to further this point, there was a discussion in the Custom Asteroids thread about OPM specifically if you want some aspects of the stock system to work alongside CA. I followed the directions on my latest save and it worked out well.
  6. Not a solution, but a workaround: you can write the waypoint name in something like notepad and copy / paste into the name field. Annoying, but it works.
  7. Full disclosure, I haven't played with this mod, but I'm keeping my eye on it for a future playthrough! That said... I love any and all Easter eggs. They make exploration fun.
  8. Yes, I agree. Hopefully it can live on in some form, but if not, I've still gotten a lot of enjoyment out of it as-is. This tech tree was able to breath new life into the game for me as a long-time KSP player, so thank you @hemeac! Wishing you nothing but the best in the future.
  9. There are two ways to do this. You can point the core to pick up the bootFile you changed on the archive using this: set core:bootFileName to "<path to boot file on archive>". Or, you can copy the updated bootfile from the archive to the '/boot/' folder on the core. After you've done either of those, you can reboot and it should run the updated file.

  11. Actually I did some sleuthing and might have figured out where this is coming from: RasterPropMonitor. I looked at the source code, and in the below file, it appears to have code that creates cones, and this line at the bottom: "Hold down '" + GameSettings.HEADLIGHT_TOGGLE.primary + "' to display all the camera fields of view at once." https://github.com/JonnyOThan/RasterPropMonitor/blob/master/RasterPropMonitor/Auxiliary modules/JSIExternalCameraSelector.cs If that is it, sorry for the confusion!

  13. Oh interesting. Maybe this is coming from another mod, but it seems to only affect HullcamVDS cameras so I always assumed it came from that. I'll get the mod list after work and post it here.
  14. I just re-tested and confirmed that in my game (KSP v1.11.1, HullcamVDS v0.2.1.3) I see the blue cone when placing a camera, and I see cones for all cameras when I hold the "U" key. I have a heavily modded save but if you are having an issue where you don't see the cone at all when placinga cam, or the "U" key doesn't do anything, maybe 1.12.2 has something to do with it. I imagine that @linuxgurugamer could look at when he has time, but I also imagine you should have the log handy from attempts to press the "U" button in the VAB doing nothing.
  15. I'm pretty sure you can trigger this by pressing and holding "U" in the VAB.
  16. I see it. Perhaps you've turned off signatures in the forum settings? (Account Settings -> Signature)

  18. WaterfallRestock has configs for RestockPlus. If you look in the folder for it, you'll see a RestockPlus folder containing the configs. Maybe try reinstalling it?

  20. If you use CKAN to install your mods, you'll see an option to "Add available updates" when new updates are, well, available. If you install manually, you'll have to pay attention to the threads / Spacedock.
  21. This question was asked a few months ago, and I believe the answer is you can't resize the window. The resolution in the patch affects the output resolution of the image written to the Screenshots folder. Hohmannson beat me to it - what he said.
