'First successful rendezvous Gemini 7 photographed from Gemini 6 in 1965 Rendezvous was first successfully accomplished by US astronaut Wally Schirra on December 15, 1965, who maneuvered the Gemini 6A spacecraft within 1 foot (30 cm) of its sister craft Gemini 7. The spacecraft were not equipped to dock with each other, but maintained station-keeping for more than 20 minutes. Schirra later commented: Somebody said ... when you come to within three miles (5 km), you've rendezvoused. If anybody thinks they've pulled a rendezvous off at three miles (5 km), have fun! This is when we started doing our work. I don't think rendezvous is over until you are stopped - completely stopped - with no relative motion between the two vehicles, at a range of approximately 120 feet (37 m). That's rendezvous! From there on, it's stationkeeping. That's when you can go back and play the game of driving a car or driving an airplane or pushing a skateboard — it's about that simple.' LOL -
Problem converting dae to obj for use in Wings3d

Well I have access to Solid Works 2009 so maybe i'll give it a go . LOL -
My Heavy Lifter Jeb really likes it............nice.........smooth........and stable ride An impressive sight !! Ist stage burnout at almost 160,000 meters . View of the engines used in the first stage. Second stage ignition. Nice circular orbit at 340,000 meters. With only a command module I have to throttle way down towards the end of the first stage burn and I still ended up using a lot of fuel from the second stage to slow down a bit. But that amount of thrust should let me carry some heavy payloads. Used about %75 of the third stage fuel adjusting my orbit before I decoupled it. I have a full tank of fuel on my fourth stage. I should be able to carry plenty of stuff up to orbit or go the the moon with this setup . I'm thinking about changing the second stage from the Bigeffin engine, and the third stage engine , to something with a bit less thrust and better fuel economy .
