  1. You're a lifesaver! Many thanks... the parts being revamped made it a bit difficult... but managed to make it work in the end.
  2. Hi! How easy it would it be for me to make a white version of the apollo parachute mount/parachutes and maybe even the nosecone? Perhaps someone already has made a patch/new config? Reason being, that models look great and fit very well with my crew vehicle design (looking like a love-child of a ATV and Crew dragon) but the mismatched colours just feel odd Any help/tips are much appreciated!

  4. Indeed..it's the side effect of putting a mechjeb module just under the skin of the capsule looks really good actually, the red one has a night-vision/lighting type of feel to it

  7. Maybe while Beale is busy we should help him with balance the launchers, as they're quite OP at the moment? I messed around with the Proton... ended up cutting the fuel capacity to 80%, lowering the ISP and increasing the fuel consumption like 50 times and it's still a bit too powerful...
  8. I think i have it fixed... (at least it seems to be working at the moment) Just download these two .cfg files from here and put the PetalAdapter3m.cfg into GameData/KWRocketry/Parts/Structual/KWPetalAdapter3m and replace the .cfg file which is already there. The other part.cfg is for the WildcatXR so you could use it with the 5m to 3.75m Interstage. PS: there's a small issue that any engine that is pulled out of the pedal adapter (like the lunar lander one) can't be activated before the stage with the pedal adapter is destroyed (Scott Manley ran into the same problem in the surfboard video) Probable fix in here and here
  9. I can't seem to find it in the tech tree... so we can assume it's gone. Does that mean that the Skylab missions won't turn up? or is there a way to change that?
  10. I have ran into a bug where the throttle has a mind of its own... being unresponsive at times(stuck to zero) and trying to set itself to zero. It started to happen randomly mid-career, I have no idea what's causing it, besides that it's most likely a mod (a lot of suspects to choose from). I'm running KSP with the following mods(everything has been updated/patched to the latest release)
  11. I got some of those "fixed"... I changed the second top node location on the Wildcat-XR to a bit lower and now it works properly with the 5m to 3.75m Apollo style interstage adapter

I checked the cargo bays, noticed that the node sizes were different... edited the part.cfg to this: node_stack_bottom = 0.0, -0.5, 0.0, 0.0, -1.0, 0.0, 2 node_stack_bottom2 = 0.0, -0.5, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 1 node_stack_top = 0.0, 0.5, 0.0, 0.0,-1.0, 0.0, 1 node_stack_top2 = 0.0, 0.5, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 2 And it works fine... So it must be that two nodes of same size can't occupy the same space, right?

I messed around in the config file and got the cargo bay working correctly You all just go to GameData/Tantares/Parts/TKS/Alnair_Cargo_A and open the part file and make the adjustments so it would look like this: node_stack_bottom = 0.0, -0.5, 0.0, 0.0, -1.0, 0.0, 1 node_stack_bottom2 = 0.0, -0.499, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 1 node_stack_top = 0.0, 0.499, 0.0, 0.0,-1.0, 0.0, 1 node_stack_top2 = 0.0, 0.5, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 1 and picture proof and visual guide Not sure if this could be implemented into Tantares as a real fix or not, that's for Beale to decide
  16. yeah.... I messed up, forgot to activate the spoiler/flap setting in the tweakables menu xD
  17. It might be a bug... but the action groups assigned to control surfaces don't seem to be working
  18. You might want to use the Adjustable landing gear mod it just got updated and has some pretty nice landing gear which now can be scaled
  19. Finally Proper scale landing gear for KSP :D no longer small planes must use landing gear fit for Tu-114/ Boeing 757 :D
