I have the latest version of kerbal installed and tried installing the ISA mapsat mod. The parts show up in their respective categories but I'm game the icon to use the mapsat in the lower left of the screen does not appear. How do I fix this?

I am running the latest version (2....) and recently tried installing the ISA MapSat mod. The parts are in game in their correct folder but there is no toggle icon in the left hand corner when I fly a properly equipped craft. How do I fix this?
