I seem to not be able to make a signature or profile pic. I have done nothing to not be able to get it. it says its locked by admin. Is it because I am relatively new or something? Please help me.

Basically what corrupt a wish foundation is where you make a wish and someone grants it but it has a twist. For an example: I wish for a cookie! Granted but the cookie was poisoned. Ill go first. I wish for a stable spaceplane!
