  1. Long time since I've been on the forums. Anyways, today I decide to work on pioneer jets. Started working on a Mig-21, turning out very well. It's very agile (tight maneuvering, and an unrealistic awesome takeoff), and topped out at 800m/s at 20000m. Almost forgot, has 4 dumb bombs at the disposal of Jeb... Mig-21. I'll upload a .craft if anyone wants one.
  2. Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile Test (I'd appreciate help with looping, When I download the image it loops, and yet here it doesn't)
  3. Awesome. I like your flags, simple yet elegant. Edit: Btw, what were you using for mods, especially rover storage.
  4. Mission 1: Goal: Put a small habitable space station in an orbit around the Mun. 5. Hello kerbal community. In this thread, I'll be posting my missions in the Kerbal universe. Throughout my missions I will be using stock parts and procedural fearing, one of my favorite mods. All other mods will be listed with the mission report. Please post replies on your opinions and tips. Mission 1: Goal: Put a small habitable space station in an orbit around the Mun. Land a Munar module and return to Kerban
  6. Huumm, Do you have screenshots of your current designs? It might help figuring out what the current issue is. An explanation of what happens would do, but screenshots are always best.
  7. @ Metaphore: I am not sure if that's what the author meant. I assumed it was for within Kerbin's sphere of influence. Never the less, that is an impressive launcher.
  8. My second entry: mods -procedural fearing On my first post, I went for simplicity and setting a goal, now am going for the challenge. The first ascent was easy and long. Second ascent I was having doubts It'll go up, I dropped the fairing to help a bit. I ended up with a small surplus of D-v. Flight profile: - No jet engines or intakes, and two ascents. -First ascent: 80058 km -Second ascent: 115 km Points: 2*150 + 50 + (79978/10) = 8348
  9. Thank you Giggleplex 777 and yes, it's just to reach 80,000 m of elevation.
  10. My entry: Mods: -procedural fearing Initially I got a higher apoapsis , but didn't know screenshots hid mouse pointer in the map view. Lucky me I also took screenshots when descending, 175511m on first ascent 81305m on the second ascent. No jet engines were used, and definitely no air intakes. Btw, Is this considered an SSTO?? Edit: Is it allowed to start a thread on my own creations? if yes, which section of the forums.
  11. Humm, interesting challenge. I'll have something in a few hours. Edit: is jettisoning allowed??
  12. Hey guys, I am not sure if this is the right thread, but I would love it if someone tests this stock ship out for me: http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/interplanetary-tug-ship/ Tug ship full model built of 5 sections. this ship can be hyper edited, or be cut into the 5 sections and launched into space. 1-command and housing section 2-engine section radially mounted onto command section 3-engine section radially mounted onto command section 4-fuel section mounted underneath command section 5-payload section(12 docking ports) and power plant I wasn't able to test it or launch it because of hardware limitations. But I'd love your feedback on it. Thank you.
