I see these types of threads now and then which leads me to believe that most people have cycles of having fun and getting bored of KSP. Just take a break and play something else and then comeback later when you feel like it. If you really want to play KSP but are just out of ideas, I recommend getting some mods which add a whole new level to the game.

Well I have played this game for about 2 hours now and i must say, it is amazing! I seem to have bypassed the frame rates issues but running it in windowed fullscreen and i can get pretty stable 60FPS. (i7-3770 @3.4Ghz , RX 480 4Gb , 8GB RAM ) As for game play, the way you can just travel planets and interact with the space stations is just what I like, I have never played any thing like it. It may become one of my all time favorite games (KSP is still number one of course ) As for cons: The menus are extreemly annoying. You have to hold down click for about a second to select something which may not sound like much but it does get on my nerves. Also most changes to graphics settings require a restart of the game. When changing from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen i had to restart for some reason. Also at the start of the game a white screen appears that says 'initialise' with a little e in a circle under it. I thought the game was still loading and so i wasted about 15 mins waiting until i realised I was supposed to hold down the 'e' key to continue. But that might just be me being silly. I didn't have a lot of hype for buying this game. I only got interested a week or two before release and so my expectations were not as high as some others but I am very satisfied with what I got how ever the price may be a bit too high at £39.99. I would recommend you buy this game if you like flying between planets and enjoy the scenery of it as well. If you agree that it is priced too high, then you could perhaps wait for a sale or something. A little note here: If you reach the min specs but only just, i would not buy the game yet and wait for a patch to fix the performance issues and then buy it.

I am looking forward to the PC release of this. The proceduraly generated species looks so cool. I wonder if i will ever run into a kerbal looking one....

Either building planes and rockets or making orbital space stations. I just like seeing designs come together. Some times i just enjoy messing about and blowing stuff up for fun. That too never gets old and is always fun. (sorry kerbals)

I think they mean they would like to have a flight computer in IVA mode. @igor290506 There is a mod that is similar to what you want called Raster Prop Monitor. I recommend it.

I think the problem is that some of the planets and moons have nothing that makes them stand out such as Bop and Ike. There is nothing unique about them really apart from easter eggs. I suppose that is what space really is though, just lifeless rocks. I would like some sort of volcanic moon. It would make me want to visit it.

But don't forget Kerbin is like 1/10th the size of Earth so the rockets would be even more overpowered than they are currently. I suppose that is also why the Mainsail is the same size as the descent stage of the LEM althought Kerbin has more gravity than the Moon.

Yes that is a good point, I am looking forward to these 'future projects' the leaving devs have been referring to in their parting messages.

It is most annoying when sometimes they try to get up but they just get flinged into the air into the ragdoll state again and again. It is funny to watch though. I think leave it as it is.

I think we have no need to panic until we end up on Devnote Thursdays. Then there is definitely trouble brewing in the offices. i doubt that KSP is going to be abandoned seen as new people have recently been hired and 1.2 is not even out yet XD. I think we will be safe until 1.5 at least. Even if SQUAD was to quit KSP tomorrow, how many of us could say it is a bad game and a waste of money. I know with my 500+ hours that it was completely worth £11.99

If it lands in my garden, i will send it back =p don't worry XD. Cool project. I have always wanted to do this but just never did. I am looking forwards to seeing the pictures. Also a suggestion, maybe you could stick one of those Kerbal figures onto the package. That would be quite funny. Any way good luck!
