  1. Try launching by clicking directly on the launchpad instead of using the button in the vab. It'll open up a menu in which you can chose if you want to man a craft.
  2. What has she done so far in KSP? Defenitely an interesting project.
PS: Hier gibt's Infos: http://www.luft-und-raumfahrt.informatik.uni-wuerzburg.de/
  4. He's clearly from London. That's quite an impressive Londonish accent.
  5. Hi Guys! So, after sucessfully docking in Sun orbit for the first time the Kerbals decided to go one step further and visit an other planet. However due to budget cuts there wasn't enough money to launch a special mission for that and the KSC decided to send the three brave Kerbals living on the Kerbolstation on the biggest adventure of their live time. Let's go to duna! What a sucess! That was the closest mission (fuel-wise) that I've ever done... puh... I'm quite happy that it all worked out good. Do you guys have an idea how to present my missions more "sexy"? Post them in the thread!
  6. It isn't really supposed to be a station. I'll build a proper one. The thing I launched was just a test and has already been deorbited.
  7. It takes about 20 - 30 days to get to the station while it's close.
  8. @Geschosskopf (nice name btw ) The station isn't that much faster than Kerbin so the transfer windows are very long. I just flew a mission (the report is coming this evening) that took about one and a half years and it's still quite easy to get to the station .But while the station is far away there is no fuelefficent way to get to the station. @Amphiprion Well the station is orbiting the sun instead of a planet. That makes it quite difficult to rendezvous with it.
  9. Looks awesome. Have you tested it? Does it take off on it's own and can it land with the vtol engines?
  10. One of the ugliest planes I've ever seen It's a miracle it even flies.
  11. Um, I just did it without mods. Just look at the last post at page 3.
  12. Good idea, but I think it would be very difficult to find good transfer windows. So in the end it would take very long to go to duna and back. btw: The ship that docked to the station is on its way to duna. It will orbit it a few times to gather some scientific information and then return to the station.
  13. EVA between two ships that have just undocked while orbiting the sun.
  14. Did it the legit way http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/50012-Kerbol-Station-%28Docking-in-interplanetary-orbit%29
