  1. What type of fat you eat is more important than eliminating it since it is something your body actually needs to function. Felt I should add something to this topic.
  2. Go the entire day without dissociating. That is keep your mind in the moment and not elsweyr.
  3. I would just like to see how other people are reacting to it before taking it myself given the chance. I am that way with most things though. It isn't specific to vaccines. If I was likely already infected and had no sure way of mitigating the effects of the disease I doubt I would have a problem with just taking it.
  4. Yes. If there was a global pandemic I would want look into other options. There would be no guarantee of having accesses to a vaccine if there was one. I never said I wouldn't take the vaccine just that I would like to see that it works before taking it. By people reacting I mean if it was a global situation there would be more going on than just people getting sick.
  5. Depends. If there was no vaccine before the outbreak and then there suddenly was a vaccine, I would like to see how reliable it was before deciding to take it. Probably be best to look into possible alternative treatments/preventive measures and not rely entirely on a vaccine in any case. If there was a world pandemic I would question the current way of handling these things. I don't know maybe I am just crazy for this line of thinking. I have more concern over how people would react rather than the actual disease.
  6. Any idea how much testing of the final product on actual animals there is? I have done some vaccine testing on mice for livestock vaccines so was wondering. As long as the mice only came close to dyeing it was okay to release the product. I would hope human vaccines have a bit higher standards. I forget what it was in some of the products that would always get a reaction.
  7. Yes. Low fat diets are a terrible idea.
  8. Seems like it might be a very extreme form of what I have had. It has always just been recordings of what ever I heard while falling asleep. Like a flushing toilet, someone coughing, or people whispering in another room. Nothing ever loud and overly stressful. Just as annoying as being woken up repeatedly usually is. Could be that I just don't find something like that disturbing or creepy so the effect is mitigated.
  9. I sometimes hear recording of sounds that seem outside my head as I am just starting to fall asleep. Like if a noise wakes me up once while I am dozing off I will keep hearing it every time I get close to sleeping again. It is rather annoying, though I haven't had that recently. Never had anything like that while walking around.
  10. That is true most places on the internet. I just found that video quick and it agrees with what you said about sleep and adds a few things is all. Pawelk198604 has mentioned having problems with gluten in the past so I figured it was worth adding something about my brother and his problems.
  11. This guy sounds like he might know some things about sleep. http://tv.naturalnews.com/v.asp?v=0C3EAD2326B55EFA7A2D503499190B5B Also, I hear exercise a couple hours before bed and getting out in the sun during the day helps. My brother was having sleep problems and it was related to issues he was having breathing. Avoiding gluten apparently helps him with that some.
  12. Aggression wouldn't have to be just physical violence. Humans do have the mental capacity to not be aggressive so I don't know if I would consider them aggressive. People are definitely driven to be aggressive by those who are allowed to run things. Then you have psychopaths/sociopaths to consider and they are not always just people you would expect to see in prison. Best to be careful with considering humans in general as being aggressive though. If we consider ourselves to just be naturally aggressive then we dismiss the possibility for change. Here is a related video I remembered:
  13. Well if we have to rebuild lets focus on what we should do differently next time. I also think we will run into some type of setback in the not too distant future. If we do it is best just to learn from it and pass those lessons on as best we can.
  14. You no longer take them though? If not how long did the treatment last? And did you have any reactions to them at first?
  15. Most people don't know when they are lying. When they do it is usually to themselves. It takes work to weed through all the misinformation out there. Anyone looking for a shortcut to fix their health problems through alternative medicine, or any medicine really, will likely pay for it in the long run. Best to just do your research, make informed lifestyle changes and look for other people who are also trying to work things out. Being open to being wrong about things from time to time is also important.
