  1. My smelter literally explodes when the parachutes fully open to drop it on Laythe. Not like, oh the chutes broke off and it crashed... the smelter just explodes. Any ideas? Gonna cook up another one with a fully powered descent and see if it still happens.
  2. Something I've noticed pretty consistently - if I've used the KSC launchpad in a session and then switch to one of my extraplanetary launchpads (or vice versa, use an ex-lp and then try to use the KSC launchpad) it almost always causes a client crash.
  3. In reading previous pages, am I correct in understanding that there's a planned revamp of the production/consumption rates? i.e. augur consuming too much juice and producing too little ore? Couldn't I adjust these values myself in the part files if I really wanted to?
  4. sarbian, you're a machine. Haven't tested the new docking yet but people seem excited about it, just wanted to thank you for picking up the torch on this mod that many of us deem essential.
  5. I find giving it a little manual burst of RCS for a couple seconds seems to square it away. Occasionally I get bored waiting and just throttle up a little bit, that also seems to wake it up again.
  6. Deleting the mechjeb global cfg seems to have fixed it more permanently, if the problem returns I'll post a save file.
  7. From the main MechJeb thread: This is happening to me frequently since installing the testbed patch/new AR202 cfg, but never before. Even with the root part oriented correctly and the navball pointing the right way, every rocket tries to tip over almost immediately after launch, and always in the direction which would place a radially mounted AR202 "right side up." I think it's only happening with new/modified designs but I haven't done enough launches of pre-patch designs to say for sure. As it says in the quote, if I close KSP, delete the .cfg file, and start it up again it seems to "fix it" but anyone with more than a few mods and more than a couple flights in the air at a time knows this is a tedious process.
