  1. Don't have any ideas at the moment but if you still want a HKA themed name then Aegis might work. Yeah I'll do some tutorials at some point.
  2. Working on a dogfight right now, do any of you guys know how to release the competitors from the AI once the competition is over? And would you rather see dogfighting as gameplay or cinematics? No, there's nothing on that yet.
  3. A shame Squad couldn't fix any of the graphical bugs with scatters, terrain or shadows. Are there plans to ever fix those?
  4. @JPLRepo Did you have a look at fixing some of the issues with this mod? Do you think it will be compatible with 1.2.1?
  5. I'm hoping the tree graphics can be fixed for 1.2.2.
  6. Yeah, I'm just going to get on with it. Working on making a Skyrim mod at the moment though, so I want to make a bit more progress with that first.
  7. Pleasant surprise after loading up the new version. This is unbelievable. This bug was confirmed by Squad over a month ago and they couldn't even get around to fixing it for their big polishing and possibly final update. To put that in perspective: it took Squad approx 264+ working hours to not fix this bug.
  8. Though it's not fixed in the pre-release, I've spoken to sal_vager about it and we managed to confirm it. Hopefully it will be fixed for the final release of 1.2.
  9. The problem, it seems, is that porkjet is either being asked to or ignoring styles outside of what he's impressed people with in the past. The current models may not be very high fidelity but they honestly look better than what we've been shown of the revamp. Porkjet isn't so much improving the parts but just making them in his own rather repetitive aesthetic.
  10. Why? I'm commenting on the colour of the textures of the specific parts we've been shown.
  11. That's the idea. I don't see why that's a bad thing. Just offering advice.
  12. I think the artist must have been trying to mimic the colouring on the original parts before the current ones. I'm not sure that's worked out very well.
  13. The new models are very nice but I'm not sure about the colouring. Might need to lose some of the yellow and bring down the brightness of the metal. Just my opinion.
  14. I've submitted it to the bugtracker. Let's hope this is fixed in 1.2 so I can continue the episode.
  15. I don't think it's related to shadows. It seems to be a bug with textures that use transparent areas like static light effects and of course the trees.
  16. I'll try some of these suggestions, though I did just load up a stock and freshly downloaded copy of the game and guess what I found. Can others check to see if they're getting this bug too so we can try to diagnose it?
  17. I'm just not happy with it. It may seem silly to delay the whole thing now because of a minor issue like this but that's not how I'll see it when I go back and watch it a year from now. I want each video to be the best it can possibly be regardless of how long it takes.
  18. I'm rapidly approaching 4,000 subscribers so I'm keen to work on episode 25 but I still can't get past the tree issue. I'd really appreciate if anybody could search for a fix so I can get back to work.
  19. I'm really enjoying all this speculation. Now that much of Kerbin stands united against GMI and their few allies, it does seem likely that they won't be able to maintain their hold on Kerbin for much longer. Though it's worth remembering that GMI are usually one step ahead of HKA in the big picture. GMI didn't blockade Kerbin because they wanted to Kerbin. They did it because they needed to extort Kerbin. GMI has bigger plans.
  20. A segment of episode 26 will likely be atmospheric, just to show off some of the craft that didn't make it into episode 25.
  21. I already mentioned that people could use this thread to notify me or ScriptKitt3h when their submissions are updated. Perhaps you should save the striker for the new thread.
