  1. I had a mun lander with engines mounted x6 symmetry on the sides. the new weaker collapsible landing legs knocked off 1 of the 6 engines on landing, making true straight flight impossible. so i took off about 5 feet, rotated to the opposite engine, and knocked it off on the terrain to regain symmetry. as soon as i saw it popped off, i stomped the throttle and burned back in to kerbin orbit on my 4 remaining engines, rerouted fuel to the good engines for a retroburn, then a safe landing home.
  2. with the limitations on the current unity build, what are the top specs for a pc where an upgrade won't see any improvement in ksp? i know theres that 4gb ram cap, but what else? sorry if thread in wrong place. seems pretty general to me.
  3. the only issue with this is that if you are out of range of a craft, the game calculates it as though its on rails, with no heed to rotation. turn off sas, and get a ship spining. switch ships and then switch back. the spinning will have stopped. unless you are watching a craft directly, it wont remember rotation at all.
  4. as long as the parachute suit wont let you re-enter. thatd be absurd
  5. more ram doesnt help i thought? 32 bit code and such?
