  1. Any chance of finding it in text format, to put it through translate?
  2. Same here with Kerbal Engineer at least. I don't have mechjeb tho. Any solutions? I'm sending Jeb to the Mun gang, it's importat work!
  3. Not really, the rocket equation is a nightmare, but there is also always a way to make a non rocket launch system... there is plenty of those, at least in idea forms to go around.
  4. Wait, EVE is basically a space equivalent of WoW^3 (Harsher, as you said) But it's still a fairy tale, like most "Sci-Fi" stuff, starting with Star Wars... Kerbal is heavily based in real life science, with only fiction around these parts being high density planets (for gameplay reasons, get Real Solar System mod if you don't like it), crew immune to radiation, and ultrahighefficiencymegamagical life support systems. Oh, and external fuel pipes, I'm led to believe. Isn't then KSP more of a niche game? Not to derail the thread much, we can continue our discussion in private, or on another topic if there is any.. PS CONGRATULATIONS! :-)
  5. http://www.sc2.sourceforge.net/ Ur Quan Masters... it's a remake, and a veeeery good one http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/FFE_D3D As for myself? Those two, the original Elite (played it for the entire summer break on my old C-128) Supremacy http://www.abandonia.com/en/games/283/Supremacy+aka+Overlord.html Master of Orion 1 & 2 (shame MoO 3 is such garbage...) X-COM naturally... I personally prefer Terror from the Deep, tho when I first started playing UFO: Enemy Unknown, it was winter time, the days were short and the nights were long, and I was so scared I couldn't make myself go to toilet until dawn XD
  6. When your friend is telling you about the guy she's really in love with, and how they're in different phases in life and missed each other, and you think how she has enough delta-v to reach him, but she started burning too soon... (since I told her that she doesn't stop teasing me)
  7. Well... I'd go bankrupt in two months by launching fireworks. I'm from Serbia Jokes aside... If we even had anything in ways of space program, I'd use about 50% of MY budget in propaganda purposes, to motivate people, to get them all space happy. Motivated people can achieve a lot Then, I'd see about a partnership with some commercial enterprises, to make going to LEO profitable, and take over that part. Use the funds gained by that to make sort of a "space dock" and make a serious machine for further commercialisation of space. Including NERVA or NSWR ideas. If you can shove something into orbit cheaply, for a little more buck, you can shove it behind The Moon. Then, fire up the torch and go mine some rocks, haul it back home, profit. That way, you actually do a lot of good for the entire world
