i belive you need to add a line like this in the part.cfg - TechRequired = start entryCost = 100 cost = 100 Just edit what part of the tech tree you want it to be unlocked and the how much it costs

It isn't actually that hard to install the Mk3 IVA manually.

Was there not a robotic arm in an earlier version of this? Or am I getting it mixed up with something else?
