  3. I'll try wiping everything, fresh install, run once then install RSS thanks for the tip.
  4. I've downloaded this mod + the textures, and installed into a fresh copy of 1.31. However, when I load KSP no dice, it's still the same old KSP solar system. Thoughts? Never had a mod "not" install like this.
  5. Unfortunately, does nothing to help. I don't get it, I've been building SSTO's successfully for over three years, now suddenly this....

Took a break from spaceplanes for a bit after 1.1, came back to them with 1.3 and I can't even get anything off the runway now..... planes spin out of control either left or right after passing 50m/sec velocity. Am I missing a change to 1.3 that borked planes or do I just suck now? Problems both with stock planes and spaceplanes plus parts. Thoughts appreciated.

  12. So followup question: Can the rtg itself have a motor attached or must the rtg be launched solely by exhaust power of a motor?
  13. Enjoying 1.2 so far, seem to have found a bug. When I attempt to go EVA, my kerbal appears outside the craft, but then my keyboard is no responsive in game. Still works in windows/other programs, just freezes and does not respond in game. Have to restart the game to get it working again. Mods ------------------ mechjeb, kw rocketry, EVE
  14. Seems some people are getting all hot and bothered about absolutely nothing. The 1.2 game is being provided free of charge to update to; and it contains a bunch of new stuff to keep us happy. If SQUAD decided someday that the gravy train was over and they needed to start charging, or coming out with "KSP 2.0" at a new amount of $35-$45, I'd gladly pay. A lot of you are forgetting the THOUSANDS of hours of entertainment this game has given those who have been playing for years; best $27USD I ever spent man. Show some fracking gratitude people and stop being so cheap with the wallet.
  15. After reading this thread in it's entirety, I find it HILARIOUS that certain people here are all butt-hurt about KSP changing their art style to one that is CLEARLY far superior to the old standby. If you don't like it, stop playing. Squad owes you NOTHING.

  17. 1.2 is just dragging on my system for some reason, .2 frames per second in fraps. I remembered to make sure my nvidia gaming card is running for ksp, but still no dice.. Corei7 4800MQ @ 2.7GHz, 12Gb ram, Nvidia GTX 880M vid card

  21. I don't know who did the artwork for the new GUI, but sorry it looks disgusting compared to 1.05; like windows 95 compared to the windows 10 i'm used to. And for some reason the update tanked my frame rates from smooth as butter to 5-8 fps...
