  1. Conformal Decals header screenshot by @Zorg, also featuring Bluedog Design Bureau About Conformal Decals adds a set of decal stickers to KSP, as well as providing a framework for creating your own decals which conform to the surface of the parts they are attached to. Instead of static geometry, they project the decal onto the parts they are attached to using a custom projector shader. The system is modular to allow for creating your own decal parts and packs. 2. We need to have a talk. I understand the artistic choice of having the game world be realistically depicted while the UI is representative of Kerbal technology with ASCII art and pixelated graphics and icons. I like the idea. But some of the graphics are too pixelated. Just look at the icons in map view. It hurts the eyes.

  4. A set of decal textures based on the icons designed by Ron Cobb for the movie Alien, the Semiotic Standard for Commercial Trans-Stellar Utility Lifter and Heavy Element Transport Spacecraft. In addition I also made a few icons based on the ones designed by Gavin Rothery for the 2009 movie Moon includes: The original set of 34 icons designed by Ron Cobb for the movie Alien Some more icons in the Semiotic standard's style for hydroponics and docking ports An additional set of 16 icons from the 2009 movie Moon designed by Gavin Rothery Each decal is 15x15cm and uses the part variant system introduced in version 1.4. This will not work in older versions of the game without being retrofitted to work with a mod like Firespitter possible future changes: more icons! alternate version where the figures in the icons are more kerbal-like Modulemanager patch to add the decals to other parts as MODEL{} elements Changelog: Downloads: Github Spacedock source: https://github.com/drewcassidy/Semiotic Licence: BSD
  5. Hi there, I'm writing a new ModuleManager.techtree file, and I'm trying to figure out how the icons in "icon = RDicon_filename" are loaded because that line doesn't always match the filenames of the .png files its referring to. So far I've only figured out how to set the node icon to any of the R&D_node_icon_ files in GameData/Squad/PartList/SimpleIcons/. Is there a way to link to any of the other .png files either in that folder or anywhere else?
  6. I'm a newcomer to Kerbal Space program so I'm half convinced that it's just something that I'm doing wrong and half convinced that my mods are causing a problem. First the problem - I can't find a destination target icon on my navball when flying rocket based missions (Launched from VAB) I've flown a number of "survey this location" style missions using airplanes. 1) I build the plane, 2) hit the launch button in the SPH to take me to the runway, 3) go to map mode and click on my target destination 4) I can then see a target icon on my navball. However when I launch a rocket from the VAB and follow the same procedure I can't find any target icon on my navball. I've even orbited a rocket so as to give me plenty of time to search the navball and I'm convinced that the target Icon is just not appearing. Any suggestions? I'm using the latest 64 Bit build with the following mods via CKAN AsteroidDay Chatterer CommunityNavballDockingIndicator CommunityResourcePack CommunityTechTree CommunityTerrainTexturePack FarloPlanetaryPack Graphotron HooliganLabsAirships ImageViewer ItsTheLittleThings Kopernicus ModularFlightIntegrator AstronikiSunflareforScatterer Historian-expanded IndicatorLights PlanetShine PlanetWiki PortraitStats SCANsat SimpleFemaleKerbals Snacks SVE-MediumResolution SVE-Terrain Toolbar ContractConfigurator AutomatedScreenshots RasterPropMonitor PlanetShine-Config-Default TextureReplacer RasterPropMonitor-Core AdditionalProgressionContracts Astro-Cosmonauts AviationLights CanadianFlags Ceteras-Suit-Pack ContractConfigurator-ContractPack-SCANsat ContractConfigurator-UnmannedContracts DistantObject Karbonite KerbalFlightData NavBallAdjustor StarTrekRebootUniformPack TCShipInfo SpacetuxSA DistantObject-default USITools USI-Core FirespitterCore I'm running the 64 bit 1.1.3.1283 version. 7. Hey, I've installed some of Roverdude's mods, but I got a problem in vab and sph. as the title says, usi mods that adds their own icon does make icons appear multiple times. do someone know what I did installed badly or which file do I have to delete? Thanks
  8. Hi all, I saw on many screenshots, that lot of people have their top-right icons (contract info, resources monitor, kerbalpedia and mods buttons...) aligned horizontally. Mine are vertical as seen on attached picture and as I installed MechJeb mod, its colliding with pull-out MechJeb menu. How can I switch these icons bar from vertical to horizontal position? Thanks in advance for any help.
