  1. I just finished working on my first Video on YouTube after two months of work and I want to share it here (If this is the wrong (Sub)Forum please correct me... I´m new here)
  2. A parody of do as I'm doing for a train named Henry
  3. (I've performed the obligatory 10-minute search using KSP Forum Search... ) If anyone has made a tutorial on video capture for KSP, I'd surely love a pointer to it. I generally operate on Linux but I've switched for the moment because I don't think VLC captures audio on Linux (very easily). I'm actually quite close now to Total Success (and have the bruises on my forehead to show), but reading a tute by an expert would be great. (I've seen so many magnificent KSP videos!) And a very specific question: didn't we use to be able to switch in and out of full-screen mode in KSP i
  4. KerbX aims to provide a launch service to kerbin that the average joe can enjoy! you can watch our livestreems either on You Tube, our live coverage on Twitch. I hope you enjoy this. UPDATE 1: LAUNCH MANIFEST: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qj8p9_oqCtk7NbR-jhyZFcfzHtQMfRY5vieIx5ebgEQ
  5. Back in 1965, the military made a short film about reentry (seemingly animated by Fred Ward, the creator of Bullwinkle). It's a useful tutorial on the same tradeoffs we meet when we reenter a command pod or spaceplace in KSP -- the twin enemies of heat and acceleration. Here's the video:
  6. I took a hiatus from making KSP cinematics due to video card issues. The game was playable, mostly, but not capable of consistent FPS. That's all fixed now. I'm back. For a test, I figured a pole-to-pole Kerbal rover trip might be a good start. I have more interesting ideas for much more ambitious cinematics but for now I'm happy with this. Details about mods are in the video description. Enjoy!
  7. "If there is a limit in the universe, we will continue climbing until reaching it" (Jebediah Kerman) KSP HORIZON is a series about space exploration, based on the Kerbal Space Program. The KSP kerbonauts, under the command of Jebediah Kerman, will seek new horizons while exploring the Kerbol system. SEASON 1 - LEARNING TO FLY KSP Horizon - Episode 1 - Flight test: In the first episode of KSP Horizon, Jebediah and his brother Aaron start up the Kerbal Space Center, and begin the tests with airplanes, as they prepare to go into space. KSP Horizon - Episode
  8. This is where you can post video tutorials for ksp. My new tutorial for newbies
  9. Ok so two Videos in the style of Casey Neistat on the Youtubes Let me know your thoughts I am genuinely curious
  10. <Introduction> Hi, this is Quodios Kerman. I recently started making videos of my 64k modded career play - named QKSE. I wanted to share my videos for your eye candy and for some advices to make my videos much more realistic and also artistic. I am uploading my videos on Youtube, so you can subscribe my channel. For some of you asking my mods, here's the mod list: <Milestones of QKSE> I have several goals that I want to achieve. They can be categorized into "Exploration", "Bases and Stations", "Vessels" and "Others".
  11. I was running 1.24(or whatever the last 1.2x version was) with a few mods without issues on my Ubuntu Linux system. I just updated to 1.3.0, and had a strange graphical issue where when I went to the astronaut complex, it looked like there were no active Kerbals or Kerbals available to hire, even though the tab showed I had 8 active Kerbals, and there should have been Kerbals available to hire on the other half of the screen even if I had no active Kerbals. I tried deleting a few mods thinking one might cause problems with the new version, with no change. I figured I would back up my KSP direc
  12. I finally got my latest video done from my biggest mission so far where I visited all KSP easter eggs with my friend on local ksp server (KSP dark multiplayer). So if anyone is interested you can check it out and tell me what to improve or your opinion. OR I made also longer version of it just in case you want to see me and my friend how do we made our small KSC with all hardware and some timelapses. https://youtu.be/QASo0D_Spl8 My home KSC
  13. Preventing extinction event by Class E Asteroid impact. Aerobreaks and everything my friend! Doing things the kerbal way https://www.twitch.tv/videos/161684011
  14. Hi! I am here to share a few cool, not overdramatized documentaries with you! (danger; first documentary is really scary, but there is no gore, but it is really scary) My favourite is "the beckoning silence!" I also want you to post your favourite documentaries, but please, mind the forum guidlines.
  15. There's just a couple seconds of KSP in it, but I bet you guys will like it anyway! I don't think we can embed videos in these forums anymore (if I'm mistaken, let me know and I'll edit this post later), so here's a link: Imagination Fuel
  16. This is just more than impressive! What do you think about it?
  17. DOWNLOAD crafts: in description in YouTube
  18. I've managed to work out a fairly decent technique for making precision landings on airless bodies in KSP so I thought I'd make a video explaining how I do it. Hopefully this will be of some help to people having trouble with this part of the game. This is my first time making a gameplay video of anything and I stumble over my words in a few places but I think that overall it turned out okay. Using vid.me since YouTube's been doing some pretty crappy things lately and I figured it would be best to just stay away from that platform. I'm not sure if this will embed, but if it doesn't just click
