This seems to be an issue that appeared after updating from 1.7.0 to 1.7.1 every time I try to launch the game (in 64 bit) it will load about half way to 2/3 the way through and then stop and sit on a file. Ex. It will display Squad/Spaces/Placeholder/internal/Placeholder. Also on every one it gets stuck on it’s in a ‘spaces’ folder. As far as for RAM I have 16gb ant it is always at 60% utilization when the game stops loading (about 5.6gb). Also, when I delete the file that has broken the game and relaunch it just goes to another internal.cfg file and freezes. Btw when I say freeze I mean that it stope day loading but the background and stuff still change. any help is highly appreciated, thanks in advance
  5. The 4th version of my space plane has some weird issue in which when it loads on the runway for launch it goes boom! It even acts funny when I attach launch stablizers. What is going on?
  6. So I was just browsing through here and wanted to check the last post of the Forum Test Thread (to find out why it had been locked), when I just got this 'error 502 bad gateway' page. It's been happening on other pages as well (such as What did you do in KSP today, and Ask the mods questions). Anyone know why this is happening?

  8. Hi, I modified the persistent file to revive Jeb and the result was that I got the "The requested value 'available' not found" error and I can't figure out why.

  10. Hello everyone ! Tonight I was designing a rover, but I'm encountering a problem : After a successful loading of my rover, I just have to make it move on 5 meters and... POOF ! Void. I destroyed the solar system. After pressing Alt+f12, I can read this error several times : I don't know where it come from. I have a several number of mods, so it will be difficult to list them all but I tried making a similar probe with the same pieces on it, only the design is different and I don't get any error after few moves.... Hi, The 'Kerbadyne Engine Cluster Adapter Tank' part has a bug where if you have 'Rigid Attachment' on, it will break off your rocket on launch regardless of how much support you give it through struts. For those who might be having trouble, just turn off 'Rigid Attachment' for the time being. I have found it to be fine without any support.

  13. I cannot find any issues related to this, so I thought I would ask. Steam version, downloaded and reinstalled multiple times over the years. Always worked fine, until recently. Game loads up just fine; no hangups on the load screen at all. Main menu works, in addition to the other settings and such. Loading up the Space Center works as well, with no issues until I enter the Hangar/VAB or the Launchpad/Runway. Hangar/VAB: Cannot see the vehicle being built, at all. I can still select parts, and every menu and button works, yet all I see is a black screen Unless I mouse-over where the vehicle would be to see the highlighted part, I cannot physically see the vehicle. Launchpad/VAB: UI and instrumentation load up. Much like the Hangar/VAB, unable to see the vehicle itself, nor the scenery of the game. I can still launch the vehicle, and all the control are just as responsive, yet again: I cannot see the vehicle. It should be noted, that I can still view the orbital map mode, and the tracking station still works. I have tried to validate files and have reinstalled multiple times, but to no avail. No mods or anything. Kinda sucks, but has anyone had any luck or experience? Specs: Windows 10 (64-bit), i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 660M. UPDATE: No progress made, but sometimes I have observed that when i revert a flight back to launch, for a brief moment I am able to see the craft and scenery before, once again, it goes black.
  14. First of all, I'm trying to install some mods to increase gameplay content. For a reason, if I use mechjeb alone, without any other mods installed, it works just fine. But when I try to install any other mod besides Mechjeb, the game crashes right after the first loading (before main menu), and it says "game has crashed, check the folder" (not exactly like this, but you get it) When I check the error folder, it says this: This happens using any version of the game, it just don't work. I'm using a amd rx 460 (4gb) gpu, 8gb ram, intel pentium 3.3GHz, if this information may help. If someone knows a possible solution or has the same problem, please let me know. Thanks.
  15. BDARMORY FX NOT WORKING PLS HELP my ksp is 1.3.0 and i have downlloaded all de bdarmory mods with kchan but the mods dont function as ive expected the effects of most bombs do not work
  16. Hey guys! I have a moderately modded install of KSP version 1.3.0. My problem is that i encounter multiple issues during my play and get a ton of errors and NullReferenceExceptions to the point currently even my save file gets corrupted sometimes. The mods are all installed via CKAN with the exception of DeadlyReentry, PlanetShine and AGEx. These mods should be compatible with 1.3.0 as far as i know and the problem doesn't originate from them as i suspect. Problems i encounter during gameplay regularly are the following: FMRS sometimes corrupts my savefile which i need to restore via the S.A.V.E. mod FAR continuously spams the log with this error: [ERR 18:43:23.451] [FAR] NaN Prediction Section Error: Inputs: AtmDen: 0.0241596 Mach: 0 Re: 0 Kn: NaN skin: Infinity vel: (0.0, 0.0, 0.0) Sometimes in space i get a NullReferenceError from which point SAS and AtmosphereAutopilot can not stabilize vessels. In the VAB sometimes engines ignore fuelflow priority and ignore crossfeed rules resulting in strange dV calculations from KER and magical cross-feeds to engines on vessels which should not receive fuel from specific tanks. Solar panels on vessels keep magically reverting back to retracted state on load but somehow still produce power and stay online when i don't load them. It's got out of hand to the point i can't deal with it alone. I think there are issues with multiple mods which is hard for me to backtrack so i ask for help here. Developers of the mods i'm having problems with may also find useful stuff in my logs. [20171108_1849] output_log.txt KSP.log

  18. Every time I launched the game it crashes and opens a message that says I should send "2017-10-06_183912" folder to the devs

I try to launch ksp and it will load completely then on the brief loading screen before the main menu appears it crashes, I have reinstalled everything, reinstalled all of the mods, made sure everything was goo, I'm very sure that all of my mods are set for 1.3.0 but a double check wouldn't hurt, and is there an easier way to check the version compatibility of a mod then looking through there pages. I have ksp set to run 1.3.0. I have no idea what to do, I've been trying to solve this sine 8 am EST and it's now 2:30. I've been looking through the forums and found some stuff about it but don't understand how or even if they were resolved.   21. I was running full time warp waiting for an ISRU to fuel my Eve lander and forgot to pause my game. My computer went to sleep, which causes my game to crash. When I went to load my save this morning, there was some red text that said "Error Accessing this save", and underneath read "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I have tried google, but there is nothing like this. Any way that I can fix this?
  22. Can anyone help me track down the mod that these parts go with? I swear I still have all my same mods installed but some of my crafts will not be loaded in because of missing parts. I believe one or more of the mods were updated by ckan and some parts must have been removed or names were changed. If anyone can help me so I can continue this save, it would be greatly appreciated. If anyone wants me to attach my .craft files or save, I can upload it to google drive or mediafire for sharing purposes. Thanks so much.

  24. Hello, I am having issues with some mods that shouldn't conflict with each other and yet some mods are not working properly. I have tried countless times to assemble a certain number of mods together and in one case it did work but ksp updated and now it's not working again. I understand that reproducing some mod content requires special permission from the mod creator, and I cant ask for a download, possibly an email would not violate their terms. I have the mod list below. If anyone can help thanks, BTW I just want a single gamedata folder.   25. Hey, so i have this issue, where my KSP keeps freezing while i try to load it (via steam) in KSP_x64 or 64bit model of the game. The 32 bit does not do this. I have gotten the 64bit version to load, and its much smoother, this is because i run a heavily modded version of the game (NO its IS NOT one of the mods causing it) Here is the part it is loading when freezing Obviously the "Rebuilding VAB..." is just a thing that KSP just says while loading for 'fun' -Thanks, the KSP community is great Frontline
