  1. This topic was just created for us to read. So, I'm wondering and maybe many others with me. What does this mean? Are there any significant changes? Also @UomoCapra, it could be useful to compare the old and new one. Since I'm writing this on an impulse, I haven't searched for the old one yet.
  2. Here's a weird thing that happened yesterday. I made a new thread in the Technical Support subforum. After posting it, I went to edit it. When I finished, the site gave me a 'I'm not a robot' test for some reason. I'm not sure if this actually relates to the EULA and whatnot but.......... I was signed in to my KSP forum account and it wanted to make sure it was me editing the post.....
  3. An open letter to Take Two Interactive: New York, we have a problem. Before I get in to that, just a little bit about myself; I’ve been a professional software developer and IT consultant for over 30 years. In my career, I’ve read hundreds of EULA’s, often on behalf of my clients. I have even written three or four of them, and many more Software Development Agreements (specifically the sections covering what the software will and won’t do and what our responsibilities were if it fails). Our company lawyer once actually told me, “If you ever get tired writing software, you could alway
  4. For some reason, Spacedock is now telling me its Licence expired and my connection is no longer "Secure"
  5. Hi , I'm playing modded KSP for a while and some of my friends who are not that good at modding the game wants me to give them my gamedata folder but someone said me it was illegal beacause that's a part of the game wich you have to buy . I hav'nt given the gamedata yet and if i give them the gamedata , i will not give them the Squad folder . That's kind of a stupid question but i prefer to ask it beacause i don't want to do illegal this even for that So if it's illegal I will have to find an other way to help them modding the game xD Hoping for a fast answer ,
  6. Quick question: if I would link to a texture of the stock game, without redistributing it (small dummy texture and texture=<path to squad texture> in the model node) is this legally ok? Like, I need an extension for the ksp launch pad, and it should have a (near) identical texture to the concrete of the original one, so it looks nice. Then using the stock ksp_pad_concrete_diff.tex.dds would be a nice option. It would look 100% the same, and there would be no other mem eating texture needed.
