  1. IDEA: This will be like @StupidAndy's thing, with reports from new missions. UPDATE: Due to engineering problems the Andromeda IB's launch will have to wait until 1:30:00 on 1/10/00. ANDROMEDA IB: Launched straight out of Kerbin's atmosphere. Got into a stable orbit of 118x120k km. Jeb, Bill and Bob came home safely [Apart from Bill's now broken leg]. Mission time: 41m 53s.
  2. So as GTA V fans have probably heard by now, Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar, the people who make GTA have sent a cease and desist letter to the creators of Open IV. Open IV is the biggest mod support... ummm... thing for GTA V. It's more or less the Module Manager of GTA. KSP was just acquired by Take-Two, so are we next? Let's make sure we aren't!
  3. We have amazing news for you, Kerbonauts!!Kerbal Space Program 1.2: Loud & Clear is ready! We’re polishing the final details of this update and we’ll be releasing it next Tuesday, October, 11th. We’re preparing a big event for its release and we urge to stay tuned for more details. It will be amazing! This is by far the best update we’ve developed and you, the community, have been an essential part of it. We can’t thank you enough for helping us with your feedback, your bug hunting and, of course, your support. You are the real heroes of Kerbal Space Program! We also want to thank our fantastic team of professionals, whose hard work, dedication and passion made this possible! But this is not all! Here at Squad we’re looking into the future and we have great and ambitious plans for the KSP franchise and even more!If you’ve been following us closely, you must be aware that we’re growing and we’ve been looking for talent and great collaborators that help us build the next milestone of this franchise. New talents have enrolled in the past few months and they are just as excited as we are. Bringing new talents is allowing us to bring fresh ideas to the plate and we can’t be more excited for what’s coming There’s an important amount of new content, besides this new update, that we’re currently working on. This includes more free updates, full expansion packs with an incredible amount of new content and much more! We’re also experimenting with new technologies and platforms to expand the KSP experience towards new horizons. Furthermore we want to participate in more industry events, because we want to have a closer relationship with our fans. We’ve already participated in Gamescon, Tokyo Game Show and Twitchcon and we’ve met amazing people who have given us lots of insight and ideas. We’re hearing you and we’ll not disappoint you! We’re are very proud to help foster STEM awareness, education and even (and hopefully) encourage some young talents to pursuit a career in these areas. In Squad we firmly believe that the future of humankind, just like with the kerbalkind, lies in the stars! We’ll be given more details in future post, so stay tuned and spread the word! Thank you and happy launchings! The KSP Dev Team
  4. Hello out there! I am very interested in watching rocket launch livestreams like other people watch soccer games. Is there any good news feed that informs me of all oncoming rocket launches with a livestream? I did already search for something like that, but wasn't able to find anything like it. Cheers!
  5. A super quick overview of 1.2. Here's a list of sources, notes, and the script! And here are all the videos I've seen / linked to from there: GrunfWorks' comparison of CommNet & RemoteTech Matt Lowne's Definitive Preview Hazard-ish's Ultimate Preview Billy Winn Jr's Preview Scott Manley's Preview If you have seen more, let me know so I can watch them as well (and link to them)!
  6. Are ya'll able to make an official Kerbal space program news website? mainly asking cause it's kinda hard to find update info ( Mostly non major ones ), Might ( Probably ) be stupid but I think ya'll should create one.
  7. No one told me that KSP had inmates! :-D http://www.whas11.com/news/local/ksp-searching-for-escaped-inmate/76606533
  8. Hi! I would suggest to include stock rover parts, for example Chemcams or something like that. Also please more space shuttle parts AND misión, like crew transfering (what would be related with máximum time that a kerbal can stay in space). A training center to train kerbals habilities. That would need more habilities, for example, endurance, strength, etc. Medical center that would be related to the maximun time a kerbal can stay in space, again. I think that focusing on space stations would be really important so more experiments and parts can be constructed. I already have a lots of mods that give me basically what I expected from stock possibilites and features, so maybe you should include them as stock features, like PlanetaryBase, Infernal Robotics, Life Support, ScanSAT, Tarsier Space Technology, Station Science, etc. But highly needing Rover parts, because there are too less parts to build, just 3 wheels, and I dont find any Rover parts pack or something.
  9. Now this is a super computer... http://www.pcworld.com/article/3013214/hardware/nasa-google-reveal-quantum-computing-leap.html
