  1. Now in collaboration with @cubinator! the most awesome human being in the observable universe, that was friendly enough to help me with this project! Art style- pixel art Bio- The artist who was first to join da club, his works are mostly asteroid, they are very enjoyable because of the very nice colors he uses. Also, thanks a lot to @AR3S_TGL for also participating, he proved that you can be added to the OP without "mad skills" Bio- He was intended to make a website, but instead he did some great art, and helped us Plutonian system, his art is very nice, not very representative, yet very bright in colors. Art style- MS paint (similar to mine) @ProtoJeb21!He is currently doing different exoplanet systems! He has his own folder! It is the last one! Worth to look at it! Bio -Great artist who is a very clever exoplaneteer, you ask him a lot of questions about exoplanets and how to find them, and I give you 98% he will answer! Art style- GIMP pictures @Pine! An awesome artist you all love and know, is here to participate! Interesting thing is his unique style! Awesome! Bio- although he did only one drawing, he did it so well, he made his way to the list of awesome people here, his art is known all over the forum. Art style- 3D modeling @mabdi36! Helped me with making gifts to the participants! He is soon going to make more new and awesome projects! Bio- He learned the style from on of my threads, mastered it and created a very nice banner for all of us, he is also doing little presents for advanced participants. Art style - MSPaint miniatures @Cabbink (Christ, that took 15 minutes to find him) He is also a GIMP artist! He does exoplanets! Bio- also exoplaneteer, he is very nice in doing art similar to what you can see in magazines and Wikipedia. Art style- GIMP pictures (doh!) @Adstriduum! A sudden hero of this thread! His art is beyond detailed, it is lifelike! Bio- artist who likes to show the whole system in just one picture, also does exoplanets, but does solar system objects too! Art style- Paint.Net pixel art @RoadRunnerAerospace! A pioneer of collaborating in this thread! One of the greatest part of his drawings-detail of the surface. He is an asteroid hunter! Bio- artist who likes to draw with mild, charming colors! His craters are drawn very realistic! Art style-Pixel art @ModerndayLink64! A new participator! He does both exoplanets (also exomoons) and solar system objects! He is very nice at drawing all sorts of objects, by that i mean, both gas giants and normal planets look equally great in his pictures! Bio-He recently joined the group at his free will, easily completed the first task and is now ready for next one! Art style-GIMP pictures @DeltaVerb! An artist with the most unique painting style! He is currently quite new to the forum, but that changes very quickly! Bio-He is from Spain, joined by his own will, pretty talanted, although arts are quite simple, not very representative, but are just hyper-harmonic in their coloring. Art style-flat design Hey! Probably you are not an artist passing by, but there a thing you can do if you are: (if ur not an artist, just leave some critiques) So. You are an artist You are maybe interested Because you've read the title You know you can participate If you will, PM me. Tell me about yourself. And I will give you something to draw (if you don't know what to) But today we won't have pictures lying around freely as i have way too much of them! So i've put them into spoilers in correct order. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Ayyy lmao" -Wise words of cratercracer ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thingus-dingus-u-nid-to-laik-m8 (banner art from mabdhi36) Music from cubinator (very nice, i checked it out) You can put it in the signature if you like exploring solar system! 2. Post any pics you want just make sure they are edited in some way Like any filters or drawings N-joy ?
  3. A mission... from Kerbin, to Duna, then Jool, exploring a few moons, then off to Sarnus. Mission Duration: 10 to 15 years. Parameters: An intrepid crew of 8 kerbals, four veterans and four relative newbies. Playing in sandbox, trying not to cheat : ) But autosaves OK because nobodys perfect and some things need testing. I am not an accomplished writer so expect a lot of pics over dialoge : ) But I do have some interesting bits planned for near the end. Also, as it is summer, I may be a bit slow to post. Vacation and all that.
  4. This evening I landed my first space plane (sent it up last night). Ok, that's not a big deal to regular wing merchants, but for a dyed in the wool rocket jock, like yours truly, it was quite the experience. It took a few attempts to get a vehicle together that would actually make it into orbit (or even to the other side of the ocean), but once I had those wonderous Whiplashes strapped on, it was plane sailing. Well, I got into a 75km orbit with about 15% of fuel remaining and just about dragged it down to a landing on the Island runway. I overshot the KSC and was a little off track for a landing there also, but handily I was pretty much lined up for the island strip. Just a shame the runway there wasn't a little longer, or remembered to pack a parachute. It was fun to finally have a crack at sending a spaceplane up and making a reasonable accurate landing, but the time, the time... it takes soooooo long compared with my usual rocket based entertainment. Still going to be taking a crack at this again in the near future though.
  5. The Pine Space Program! Inspired by a couple of users on this forum, I decided to start a new career save and keep a log of sorts for my progress and to be able to check stats. I'll use a bunch of mods and ingenuity to get kerbals everywhere in the universe! The Log so far is here! The Premise: My plan (for now) is to run a space program using a bunch of mods that enhance the carrer and end-game experience, so that by the end of it all I can finally say I finished a KSP career! That's right! I never even once finished the complete tech tree, nor did I explore all of the planets and moons of the kerbol system, or at least, not without alt-f12 and/or sandbox mode. I will have you someday, Moho. Just to be clear, I did not come up with these log ideas all by myself! I was largely inspired by eberkain and his incredible career logs and graphs and stuff with all the colors and such! So remember to check his one out! I will write up some descriptions of each important milestone rocket or plane family every now and then and get an imgur album up and running with all of the pictures of the PSS so you guys can see it all! Little note: The kerbal engineers discovered that antennas have a set range and efficiency for communications, so now that's another thing that I'll have to do. (Installed RemoteTech2, for extra incentive to think things through.)
