  1. Hey everyone! Over the past few weeks I've been putting together a website for uploading/saving/sharing your KSP 2 builds and I've finally got it to a place where I feel comfortable sharing it. It's currently still in beta so I'm hoping some of you lovely people can try uploading some of your builds and see what you think (hopefully not quite as buggy as the game currently is...) It's completely free to use and you can check it out here at ksp builds , although it's going to look a little barren currently as it's only been me testing it out so far. There are a few features I'll be adding such as te ability to create folders to organize your own builds, the ability to have your builds be public or private, and a way to quickshare your build without having to signup (like if you wanted to quickly send your craft to a friend). And as of right now the 'search bar' doesn't search the database yet, just the builds you're currently looking at, but that is being worked on as well so that you can search by name/tag/creator/etc If you have any feedback/suggestions I'd love to hear them! If this isn't right right forum to post this in mods just let me know. Fly safe!
  2. Lately fourms are getting clumped and messy I am meaning There is a Variety of them and they need to be Organized together into Sub-categories of sub-categories So lets start at this standpoint Add-On-Development > Mods But it should be like : Add-On-Development > [Type of Mods, e.g Terrain shader, part mods] And it should be extended for all sub categories of the fourms like Mega-Threads category Mini thread category Types of missions/Challenges category Self promo/ Group promo category etc. Share your thoughts below and give ideas If the Mods see this thread (hopefully this becomes a mega thread full of ideas that they can implement) Signing off Weak Player 5th May 2021
  3. Not sure if this goes into modded or unmodded, but anyways, here's my problem: Before getting KSP on Steam, if I needed a new instance of KSP to test mods, I'd go to the KSP website > account > download, then I'd get what I need. In this case, I wanted to install a new instance so I could have KSP with the DMP mod only. So, after getting KSP (no mods) on Steam to make updates and DLC a bit easier, the website thinks I only bought the steam version. But I bought KSP alone in 2013. I can't update any existing non-Steam instance without having to buy the game again, and that's my last resort. What do I do?
  4. This website will allow new members of KSP to email me (I will implement a Upload feature later this year). I will release the site in May and continue development from there, I will link their forum username (if they provided it to me) and a download link (will be it's website's own download mirror) if modpacks get updated I will specify on the mudpack. See this as like a spacedock for modpacks (but heavily underdeveloped)
  5. Hey, EDIT: Tell me what do you use more for browsing? Mobile phones or desktops/laptops/tablets? I will optimize site accordingly. I've made a website called spaceengineimages.wordpress.com . This site will be uploaded with beautiful images from space engine. Tell me what do you think about the site and write in the comments(on the site). I'll regularly post an image daily . I DON'T OWN SPACE ENGINE AND DIDN'T CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING.
  6. I am a newbie to KSP and am always fascinated by space flights and rockets. I wanna contribute something to KSP and the community. Therefore I want some content for my newly created website KerbalKind. It could be anything like tutorials, craft files, mod lists and so on that could help newbies like me. Please share your epic discoveries and I will arrange and put them on my website. Note - This was my original website
  7. I suggest that it is obligatory to include the date of the last version of the Add-On (Mod / Plug-In / Parts) in the title of the thread. Most threads have only the version, having no reference to the day it was updated. This makes it difficult to view and search for new versions of mods, considering most users do not have to write down or memorize all versions of installed mods. PS: If this post is in the wrong place, please move it.
  8. Are ya'll able to make an official Kerbal space program news website? mainly asking cause it's kinda hard to find update info ( Mostly non major ones ), Might ( Probably ) be stupid but I think ya'll should create one.
  9. When you navigate to the KSP website and click the "Community" button, the official KSP IRC channel should be added to that portion of the website as-well. People shouldn't have to hunt it down on the wiki or on this forum.
