After all, your work is mindblowing :)

Could you dump some links for good tutorials that can make renders like your's happen for those wanting to learn to mass produce their own Blender renders and not have to bug you in the future? Thanks and keep up the work!

Sure! Hell, I'll make a tutorial specifically for renders like mine. :D

For now:

http://www.blender.org/support/tutorials/

And of course, you can always search "Blender Tutorials" in the web browser of your choice. :)

Hey, I'm willing to help out in setting up scenes and such for rendering to ease the load (lots of requests you seem to be receiving), but my machine is not powerful enough for 1100 renders.

Are you, or is anyone, interested in setting up a makeshift render cluster? It's very easy to do, as all Blender distributions have an addon called Network Render. All we need, though, is a master for clients to connect to and at least 3 slaves. (The slave computers don't have to be dedicated to Blender; they can run Blender in the background or something.)

EDIT: Actually, netrender doesn't seem to split frames into smaller chunks. So I'll just go with sending blend files..

May have been the update I released, which makes it an actual Blender addon. Let me know how it's working for you!

Also in the update, the menu lets you select all parts in the same stage as the currently selected parts. Hopefully that would be useful for that one request.

Umm.. Starwhip, not to sound rude, but when are the renders going to be finished?

Thanks in advance!:D I really like your work, and would really want to know if everything is going well.

(P.S: I also posted so that the thread won't be lost. Sorry..)

Don't worry, soon! :D

I've had a ton of work to do, sorry for the delay. It's done now. :) I hope nobody hates me.

Oh, that seems good to know! I was a bit worried that the thread was going to disappear because it lost activity after a while.

Thanks for your patience, despite the burdens!

Good luck on your work, by the way! :D

I'm not trying to sound rude, but I couldn't help but notice that my request was ignored. :(

I had your request in my computer's version of the queue, but I seem to have misplaced the file. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten!

Starwhip, Sorry about this, but I'll just "bump" the thread to keep it from being lost despite still being active.

I was worried that it might get too "old" and be lost, even though It's still active.

Good luck on the renders, by the way! :)

Starwhip, any updates on the renders? It's been quite a long time.

Thanks in advance!

I've been trying to get some fire going for Cycles, and have failed miserably. :(

Oh, well, GIMP will have to do. :)

Coming up: Jon144's K-22 RKAS fighter!
