Your attempt? Also you said nothing about the debug menu, so I can use infinite fuel.

I remember I got into a near perfect equatorial orbit, as circular as I could get, meaning there would be very little (if any) latitudinal variation. With this, I passed the surface at essentially the same location and altitude each orbit, which was around under 50m from the surface, as I recall. I do not have existing proof of this however, as that was some time ago.

WOH! DONE! AWSOME! managed to get to a successful orbit on my 4th attempt twice i got so low i crashed, once i ran out of fuel, then monopropellant then elctrisity then crashed but my fourth well i succeed!

The real challenge would then be construct an arch and have your craft pass underneath the arch with each orbit!
