Can I Flip my lander can

I built my lander upside down...sounded like a good idea but now my nav ball is backwards...is there a way to fix?

if you have a docking port or a probe core facing upwards you can right click it and select "control from here" and that will do it, other than that I can't help you.

when i made my kerpollo flight i built my lander stage then had my transfer stage under it

You can try making a quicksave, editing the parts rotation data in the file, then quickloading, but the rotation is stored as a quaternion, so the results may not be as expected.

It's possible to fly with a navball backwards. But It can be hard. I think the IVA navball has a symbol for the opposite of the node direction, but It's been awhile since I've used it.
