Apoapsis increasing even with no engine

So i have a weird glitch. Even with no powered engine I see my Mün Apoapsis rising. In few seconds it gains around 30/50m messing up my orbit shape and if I correct it, it doesn't matter, the Ap rises again...

A screenshot of your ship would probably more useful here.

You likely gave your ship a kraken drive by accident.

Also, sometimes KJR causes some phantom torque, but I've never gotten anything like what you're describing, plus an SAS is enough to counter it.

As you can see now the Ap is deacreasing... so the Pe. Dear gods, what is happening?

Clipping multiple docking ports... I've the same issue.

I had the same problem until I used only SAS for orientation... RCS seems to put a wobble on everything, even though you're only rotating.

I use RCS only for the ship that dock to the flagship. The lander and the refueler have RCS but thos are not active when docked.

Clipping? You mean that having more than one docking port used generate kraken drive/phantom force?

This is my station, it occures in mun orbit. I've two docking ports at the science lab and used offset gizmo for clipping them a little into the science lab.

I just ran into this with my ship as I was attempting to use two docking ports as heat buffers.
