Center of thrust vs. center of mass bug

I'm new here. I don't know if this is a known bug.

What happen is when I turn on the SAS(not happening when SAS is off), the rocket change its pitch randomly. It happens when the center of thrust is higher than the center of mass. This is done when I put the stock radial engine near the top. I've also tried it with SRBs and a self made radial engine.LGh25hp.png5eufdr5.png
