I don't think I would have even found the monolith by KSC if I hadn't known roughly where to look. Nice work.

Do the new stock resource scanners include scanning for these sorts of anomalies?

Jeb can walk right through it, and it seems to be half buried, like it was in 0.90.

Thanks, that's definitely the issue, except "High" didn't do it for me. I see the monolith best aligned with the terrain on the "Low" setting.

To explore this I manually fiddled with the maxSubdivision setting for Kerbin in the terrain section of settings.cfg, setting value from 6 (same as the "Low" preset) through 12 (two above the "High" preset). Results shown in the image gallery below.

So it definitely looks like "Low" (maxSubdivision = 6) gives the best aligned results, for the KSC monolith at least. I don't know about other Easter eggs.
