Not me, but in counterpart, I killed Jeb in a test to the reentry dynamics of a lander can ( results: with some work you you can survive a reentry with the can ... but it helps to bring parachutes, since the varying Isp with atmo pressure makes power assisted landings harder to judge accurately )

She was my test pilot for my first attempts at spaceplanes.

It took me several tries to add decouplers and parachutes to the cockpit. I don't think she's a good swimmer.

She is safe in orbit around Mun. Return will be more exiting as its my first Mun return in 1.0 but pretty sure it will go well.

I killed her in a deleted save that I forgot I was doing Iron Man mode on. She was in a plane that crashed, but she's back in my new save

I was testing a plane with her. It flew okay, but I crashed it pretty much instantly.

The first thing I did was fire her and all the other showboating orange-suits. Its hard to play no-respawn ironman with three celebrities to coddle with "G-tolerances" and "secondary chutes". All of the replacement applicants were female. Odd. So far female kerbals have a far higher mortality rate, and we may have the old sailor's "women are bad luck" superstition floating around the astronaut barracks. This is silly, only female pilots were applying so naturally only female pilots would crash, but then that tourist was female... and that scientist... but Mitch returned from his flight just fine...

I'm playing no respawn, so I'm very carefull with the main crew. All other recruits are expendable.

I strive to not kill any of my kerbonauts. So no O(riginal)4 is alive and well in my game.
