Something that happens with everybody in Kerbal Space Program at some point, just happened in real life with the Progress M module that was supposed to bring stuff to the astronauts on the ISS.

It never happened to me.

I just decide to turn my docking into a "rotation stress test". the fact that the craft start rotating before the decision was made just mean that whoever is in control of the craft is so smart that he can foresee the decisions

They seem to have implemented this into the game.

Half my probes are experiencing random rotation... in the middle of space... with SAS turned off...
