Downgrade KSC?

Hi Folks!

Anybody know how to downgrade certain KSC buildings to certain grades? I have a 0.9 save that I'd love to continue in 1.0, but all buildings are already maxed out.

You can destroy them and re-build them, which I assume rebuilds them at level 1.

There was a time I accidentally destroyed my level 3 launch pad, when I repaired it it was still a level 3 launch pad.

I don't think they down-grade when destroyed.

Control+rightclick a building to show the demolish button

Darn, that button only shows up when you built the buildings yourself. It won't show up in old saves with all buildings already maxed...

Maybe in savegame? I've already been looking, but didn't find anything.

Search persistent.sfs for ScenarioUpgradeableFacilities.

You can change all facitilties there.

Note that the Level in the file is not the same as the in game values.

The most basic facility in the save file is lvl = 0

middle is lvl = 0.5

top tier is lvl = 1

Also Demolish doesn't let you downgrade anyway.
