Some parts of my messel just vanished !

I have created this vessel and here's my problem:

I can launch it, control it or do whatever I want with. BUT if I use the tracking station or orbital map after I launched my vessel, when I go back to it to continue the flight, a lot of parts are gone and it became unusable. Even the planet I am orbiting vanishies !

Delete DMP, and if that doesn't work. delete all of your mods. And for future reference, always try playing stock to see if the bug is a mod problem.

It happens even when I use only stock parts and when I play it in normal game without DMP.
