RSS Time vs Kerbal Time setting

I think my RSS install is still using Kerbal time.. where does one set it to 'Real Time'.

I set a solar orbit passing Venus, and notice that the estimated time to the other apsis is 1yr 200 days or so... when it should be less than 180 days

Main menu->settings. Choose "Earth Time". It's stock.

edt: this is probably it.. in the settings.cfg file

KERBIN_TIME = True (False => Earth time)
