Graphics card Dropping Mhz

Win7

Ksp:1.0.2

CPU:i7-4770k

Mem:16GB

GPU: Gtx 670

I use MSI Afterburner

GPU is stress tested throug programs and hours of gaming.

So hopefully i have straight forward problem here.

My GPU runs normal and then drops to idle and i get 1 fps.

First obvious time it happend was when i got a MKS base on minmus and i was coming with one more ship, and the core and mem clock went to idle and i got 1fps.

When ever i load my minmus base my card start at lets say 1084ishMhz good fps, then my card suddenly drops to idle and i get 1 fps.

i have tried leaving with the same ship but evry time i load the base everything drops. Then i go back to the "ksp base" and my card starts running normal again.

I got no idea what this could be. mod related/msiafterburner related/driver related, im open for ideas. thank you.

It has been working fine for a long time.
