Hi All, What the heck is the travel Itinerary its not marked on the map??????

Because anywhere suffices, as long as you're in the right orbit around the right planet/moon.

The Itinerary is simply the list of the flights that customer wants. So an example itinerary might be:

1) Suborbital flight on Kerbin

2) Orbit Kerbin

It does not specify anything but see the sights on Kerbin and sub orbital flight???

Ap>70km Pe<70km (below surface is fine) on Kerbin, and probably you need current altitude>70km as well but not so sure - not doing that for a while.

Easiest way is just shoot straight up until reach >70km.

Also, the tourist contracts require suborbital to be suborbital "spaceflight", and won't register until you actually reach space.
