I couldn't do pastebin because it was too big

Reproduction Steps:

1) Get the "Aggressive Negotiations" perk from the Administration building. I have a 15% funds off policy.

2) Click launchpad, click launch, when you are at the rocket click the top green 'Recover Vehicle' button.

3) You will recover the entire cost of the rocket plus extra cash

4) Repeat for infinite money

Simply cancelling the "Aggressive Negotiations" perk is enough to stop this glitch.

(Now - if we didn't have the ability to simply make all flights free at the start - or very easily edit save files, I'd exploit this. )
