Help with TweakScale and Tweakable Everything??

So I had a ton of mods installed and had TweakScale and TweakableEverything installed as well, and everyhting worked. Then I had to re install KSP so I took all of my mods out, and installed them back again in the same order and now I can't get either one to work... anyone have any ideas on how to help me get it to work correctly??
