Basically, it's the same rules as for the rest of the forum (Forum > Guidelines at the top of the page, or click here if you're feeling lazy :)) The part that applies most to usernames is numbered 2.2. Thank you! Avoid dirty words, religious and political references, and anything which might confuse people into thinking you are official. Of course people can avoid all those things and still manage to come up with something we can't allow, so this is not a comprehensive list. But it's the main points.
