Strange Glitch After Installing Mods

I just installed KAS and I am experiencing a very bizarre glitch. The camera is in the wrong place on the spaceport view and I have no control over anything. I've had this glitch before but it has usually resolved itself after quitting and reloading the game. I have uninstalled KAS but the glitch is still there. I could fix it by starting a new save but I rather like this save, is there any fix for this?
