Something keeps breaking my saves

I don't know what, but I keep having vehicles spontaneously explode on the pad and then I have debris with NaN values somewhere in orbit, my last save got broken and I didn't even have a craft explode on the pad, I just had debris way higher than I had actually ever gotten in that save and it had a NaN value.
