@sarbian I've downloaded your latest version (1.1.1.0) and setup a KSP_testing install with only ACE installed.  When I activate ACE [RightShft+P] in the VAB, I get the window as noted.  Unfortunately, this is where the functionality ends in the VAB.  I cannot 'Add Node', 'X-Remove', modify values.  (Oh, I can drag it around the screen.)

Yet, it does function in flight mode.

Am I missing something?  Is this not supposed to/cannot function in the VAB?

@sarbian Does the latest version include the above fix?

I wanted to use this, but had to recompile.  this was on a 1.2.1 install

I had to comment out line 85 to stop an error:

// GUI.skin = AssetBase.GetGUISkin("KSP window 2");

Other than that, seems to be working well.

To be clear, this does not read any curve data from a part's configuration file.  It's basically an in-game version of r4m0n's Unity plugin, right?

Right

Yes, I've tried it in 1.7 and it didn't work at all. I will try it again later, maybe I did something wrong.

I also couldn't get it to work.  I was going to try again this evening with an older ksp version where it should work to learn how to use it (or make the calculations I want).

Yes, the GUI is somehow glitchy for me on 1.6.2

Glitchy? How exactly does it look or what's happening? If you are talking about "jumping" input fields, that's kinda expected since the fields are "sorted" to fit the nodes/keys into a curve. It is a bit weird but a recompile will not change this behaviour. Usually, it happens if you edit the X- Value

Maybe. You know how to open the UI (modkey + P)?

Like I said, works fine on KSP 1.6.1:

Are you supposed to use it at the main menu.  I was trying in the VAB.

It should work in every game scene but I have to admit, that I didn't try it in the VAB and it actually seem to be bugged there. The issue was reported a few years back already and still, it doesn't make any sense (also, recompiling it doesn't fix the issue. Tried it alraedy).

edit: @theJesuitI've changed the startup method which seem to fix the issues in the VAB. If you can confirm that it works, I'm going to open a PullRequest:

https://github.com/4x4cheesecake/AmazingCurveEditor/releases/tag/1.1.2.0

(Compiled for KSP 1.7.0 but should work in 1.6.1 as well)
