The patch on Kerbals' suits looks awfully familiar...

While I was doing and EVA I decided to zoom in on a kerbal's space suit. I noticed a patch that had something that looked like the space shuttle on it. And I was right!

After doing some research (a quick search on google) I found that it was in fact the mission patch for the space shuttle mission STS-115.

The one on the kerbal is kinda faded, but the resemblance is unmistakable.

*cough* maybe it was removed from their standard issue suits as things didn't go so well In the kerbal simulation*cough*

or its just an easter egg
