ScreenMessageHider is a very simple mod that hides ScreenMessages that don't normally get hidden when pressing F2

It's so simple (<50 lines of code) that I'm surprised it's not stock.

I already had a mod that hid onscreen text but it killed all text all the time as long as the DLL was in the GameData folder. Nice to finally have a more elegant solution!
