And finally, the Mobile Launch pad. THough it won't be mobile in KSP, sorry. ;)

Awesome work as always Kartoffelkuchen :)

I know, honestly there no way NASA gets to Mars with one pad, either they'll take it back or build a new one

:confused:I have so many mods KSPs been loading for like 10 minutes lol:D

Well... That was anti-climactic. I forgot to download rss and KK:huh:<---- This kerbal is judging me

NASA got to the Moon with one pad (if you leave out Apollo 10)

But I digress... Glad to hear ya got it working. KK is definitely a dependency. RSS, only if you want to use my old cfg's (which will probably float a bit above the ground now anyway, since the terrain dropped a couple meters in 1.0) But nothing's stopping you from loading up stock, hitting Ctrl+K and spawning them around the KSC or wherever :sticktongue:

Edit:

When KSC's weather gets bad, we'll need somewhere else to land the shuttle, right?

To start with the moon and Mars are about 8 million mile difference, and Gemini had the Gemini-Agena thing which was 2 pads.

Thanks for the tip, I tried to download RO but CKAN stopped working and it became impossible to download and I almost gave up. Thank you very much, sir

So what you're telling me is that NASA only has one launch pad right now over in Cape Canaveral?

Functioning pads anyhow.

well if you mean that theres only one pad being used now??? then no. theres SLC-41- atlas pad then theres SLC-40- falcon 9/spacex pad and theres

SLC-37B-- delta IV and SLC-17--delta II,,, so theres more then 1 pad being used right now

Nasa in itself has KSC, which is VAB, 39A, B, and C as well as shuttle infrastructure. Every other pad is on the cape, which is owned by the Air Force. SpaceX has 39A, so the only pad that nasa has, (other than the literal slab of concrete that us 39C) is 39B, which is for SLS. Some space politics for ya

Yes, Kerbal Konstructs is really super easy. I solved all problems with my assets and can now test each part in KSP to see if it works and to see in how far I need to change it.

I'd be happy to test it. I'm working on stock configs for Bacon's stuff right now, the only problem is that I can't get the launchpads to work.

Unfortunately I don't see this working in RSS. The modder behind Kerbal Konstructs, has stated that he doesn't plan on RSS compatibility. Shame.

Say what now? A bunch of us already have statics placed within RSS using Kerbal Konstructs :)

Yes, quite. I've never stated that Kerbal Konstructs doesn't support RSS. To clarify, I won't support issues with RSS and I won't be attempting to make KK automatically adjust statics placed in stock.

From the KerbinSide FAQ:

Q - Any support of rescaled Kerbin/Kerbol systems like RSS?

A - No, sorry. That'd need a complete re-work of Kerbal Konstructs and/or a lot of manual replacement of objects.

With KerbinSide's updated licence, there's nothing to stop someone using KerbinSide assets in RSS and then releasing a config pack.
