I don't know what you mean by it being American. TeacherGaming, the company that develops and sells KerbalEdu (and the company I work for as the KerbalEdu developer), is based in Finland. Squad, the original developer of Kerbal Space Program is based in Mexico. So I guess they are technically North American but...
