Could there be a protective film over the whole thing, causing the washed-out effect?

I wondered that last time (OFT-1), but if so it was never removed. It does remind me of the blue film over glass/plexi.

(should have PSed the NASA meatball in as well)

Looks like if liftoff is on schedule, return might be May 25th here at White Sands... was thinking about driving down. Or making my son drive to get his hours in.

It's a truck, someone with a wrench will fix it in no time, not a big deal, odd that they even need to comment on this.

A part of me wants to believe they are doing it for the memes about Starliner delays

Via Dolorosa.

But see! Both pneumohydraulics and window cover are exactly the technical area of duct tape.

I don’t think there is any duct tape rated for hydraulics. That’s a lot of pressure.

But I could be wrong…

Maybe some of that silicone self-fusing tape, but it would take a lot of layers.  Not a proper fix; that is certain

What's next? will they drop it while they're loading it onto the rocket ;)

Darnit! well maybe it will get rolled back because they forgot the parachutes.

It's good to finally see Starliner (hopefully) launching to the ISS :)
