Are there Flight Alarm Clocks?

Hi,

If i am doing a long flight to another planet is there a way to set an alarm clock when it reaches a node along a waypoint? Instead of warping time?

I would like to conduct other missions while my rocket is flying to its destination so i dont have to dedicate a month of time to the one rocket.

There's nothing available in the stock game, but you should find the Kerbal Alarm Clock add-on to be exactly what you're looking for.
