You'd have to open the texture file (main.dds) and shrink it.

Use an image editing program capable of editing DXT/dds files. GIMP or PS would work.
EDIT: Or just wait for @Nhawks17 to get to it :)

I have it scaled down to 4k but its PNG would that work @rbray89?

Options: Textures, DXT1c, DXT5, Mipmaps, Resize: If > 2048

detaildark.dds
 ... DXT5 2048x2048 => DXT5 2048x2048    (4096 Kb => 5461 Kb)  => Mipmaps
detaillight.dds
 ... DXT5 2048x2048 => DXT5 2048x2048    (4096 Kb => 5461 Kb)  => Mipmaps
main.dds
 ... DXT5 4096x8192 => DXT5 2048x4096    (32768 Kb => 10922 Kb)  => Resized, Mipmaps

if yes i will quick up for him to let take ... soo pls confirm

@Nhawks17 i already scale them down that is good for him ? & do you want to let Mipmaps active or disable ?

k if there are need DDS yell i use a tolls convertor & all is done fast & easy aka i not need any image editor :D

Mipsmaps would need to be disabled but I think Berlins got it

I would say post them I cant test mine at the moment. so if mine don't work he has back up. if that's cool with @Nhawks17? NEVERMIND

scratch all what i say coz that file is safe it not need to be resize for

My kerbin looks like this. I don't need 4k I am perfectly happy now. I am just curious as to why it didn't affect anyone else? Maybe its just my old mac or the graphics card fro my generation mac. Its probably that, I have an Intel HD Graphics 4000

Also how does this 4k issue affect scatterer? Scatterer seems to be working just fine but I have a feeling issue could arise after extended play? Overheating etc. I havent played with both SVE and scatterer for more that 15 minutes yet. I can't imagine what 2-4 hours will do. 

I caught these glitches with scatterer and posted this already on the the scatterer page. I even saw this same glitch while scott manley was playing and using scatterer so IDK.
